Anvil TV
is expected to debut on www.anviltrapeze.com in the winter of 2001. Original
comedy programming will be produced on Digital Video and streamed via Real
Player and Windows Media.
The target audience will be broadband, (since all college dorms now feature
high-speed net access), although low-speed versions will be available. The
initial format will be a talk-show, featuring original sketch comedy and
live "man-on-the-street" segements in and around UCLA and Westwood,
CA.
At some point, it is likely that this programming will appear simultaneously
on UCLA cable.
